In its current state it is not the best game but it does have a fair amount of potential. The price is good for something that, somewhere along the line, it could turn into something even better.. Okay so i was actually gonna give this game a try just because why not. First of all, i died because i had no food\/water and i couldn't find any either, i was in the middle of the city but there was litteraly nothing.Second of all the game has no waypoints or anything about what you're supposed to do so there was not really anything to go for. I needed a tier 3 key to get past a door and that was the only way out of the starting point, the problem was that there only was 1 key. One key = Tier 1 Key 2 keys = Tier 2 key.So i just went up to a wall like the good old skyrim days and went outside the map, and therefor making my way to the city.. I have seen worse running games (not surprising since the world itself is pretty empty), but what is available is flawed in more ways than one. Unfinished landscapes can be seen by the missing edges of rock formations and flooring, lighting is unavailable in certain buildings that are crucial towards progression, the gameplay is hampered by enemies and items randomly falling from the sky, and above all else the first mission holds a key behind a door that cannot be opened once retrieved. Plenty of other issues exist: rifle doesn't equip when toggled even though the player has ammunition, items do not spawn in the second city portion as they do in the first, there is barely any ambient sound outside extensive running and gun fire, enemy attack animations reset whenever the player moves so they just rub up against you and there is no background music for the main menu or the game world.Main concepts regarding gameplay involve collecting keys to increase security level to access areas with items, using the scarce supply of bullets to headshot zombies (who shamble around unless you get within five feet of them) and collecting food to prevent hunger. Special keys also need to be gathering which require farming 90-100 keys to access the bronze, silver and gold key. The experience is boring, monotonous and irritating due to the footstep sound effect accompanied by silence and the occasional gun shot. This tech segment needs a lot of work just to reach Greenlight readiness levels and is nowhere near acceptable at the current asking price. I wish the developers the best, but I would suggest anyone interested in this to avoid it until some serious changes are made to the core structure and the menus (please change the font to something easier to read).This has been a EAW PSA.Edit 1: I went back and played the very beginning to try and locate the flashlight. It is hidden in the very far courner of the starting area. For something as crucial as this item, I recommend placing some directional assistance.. terrible just terrible the audio is cut out the animatons are laggy. Many bugs, animation issues and stock assets. I can easily look over those and was into the gameplay for a few minutes until I found out the entirety of the game is find x amount of keys to open a door, then walk to the next door and do the same thing.I'd say this game has a decent base. They've got locational damage for enemies and a big world.Sadly there just isn't any gameplay or feeling like I want to find another hundred keys to unlock a few doors. It needs a soundtrack and sound effects, also the swimming action looks a little weird when she's swimming she has her face in the water. I was thinking am I going to drown or will I make it to the other side?Also there appears to be no way of making melee attacks on zombies like kicking and punching them at this time. Multiple camera angles would be a nice addition too.Recommended as this is an early access game. Any bugs are likely to be fixed. Please mention to them to the developer instead of just saying 'This game is cr*p' or something like that as thats of no help whatsoever.
